Custom Moon Altar Deposit

CUSTOM MOON ALTAR — DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing a deposit for a custom Moon Altar, you are agreeing to the following terms.

1. Custom-made item

Each Moon Altar is handmade to order by Fire Fox Studios. Because of the handmade nature of Jesmonite, every piece will be unique and may contain natural variations, small imperfections, air bubbles, colour differences and variations in the finish.

2. Colours & patterns

Please be aware that Jesmonite is a fluid medium and the pouring process cannot be completely controlled. While I will work towards the colours and overall look discussed with you, I cannot guarantee an exact colour placement, swirl, pattern, marbling or finish.

Your finished Moon Altar may therefore look different from photographs, examples or previous pieces. These variations are part of the handmade process.

3. Deposits

The deposit is required to secure your custom order and allows work to be scheduled and materials to be purchased.

The remaining balance must be paid before your Moon Altar is dispatched or collected. You will be contacted when your piece is ready with details of the remaining balance.

4. Changes to your design

Any agreed colours, themes or design details should be confirmed before work begins. Once your Moon Altar has been started, changes may not be possible.

If a significant change is requested after work has begun, additional materials or costs may apply.

5. Cancellation

Because custom Moon Altars are made specifically for you, deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been purchased specifically for your order.

If you need to cancel before work begins, please contact Fire Fox Studios as soon as possible and your request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Handmade variations

Small imperfections, colour variations, tiny air bubbles and differences in pattern are natural characteristics of handmade Jesmonite and do not make the item defective.

No two Moon Altars will ever be exactly alike — that's part of the magic of having a handmade piece.

7. Timescales

Custom orders are made in small batches and the estimated completion time will be discussed when your order is placed. Timescales may occasionally change due to material availability, curing times or circumstances outside of Fire Fox Studios' control.

8. Acceptance of terms

By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and understand that your custom Moon Altar will be a unique handmade piece and may differ from any re

ference images or examples provided.
